The boarding-house is situated only 300 metres away from the Křivoklát castle, in the preserved area of Křivoklátsko. Thanks to its natural values, this area was included into world network of biospherical preserves of Unesco. This environment is ideal for recreation. Deep forrests are mushroom-pickers´ paradise, the Berounka river offers chances of good fishing, and several new bicycle lanes can be found in the neighbourhood. Many cultural and natural landmarks are within reach - castles of Křivoklát, Týřov, Točník, Karlštejn, chateau Lány, the ponds of Skryje, nature trail of Brdatka, and many others.
